SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali memiliki enam kompetensi jurusan dengan keunggulan bidang kompetensi masing-masing jurusan, dari DPIB (<em>Interior Bangunan<\/em>), Teknik Mesin (<em>Mekanik Industri dan Pemesinan<\/em>), Teknik Otomotif (<em> Kendaraan Ringan Mobil dan Sepeda Motor<\/em>), Teknik Komputer (<em>RPL\/Pemrograma<\/em>n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program sekolah dalam mengantarkan siswa-siswi menuju masa depan yang berkompeten, seperti : Sekolah memiliki Kelas industri, kerjasama perusahaan dan perbengkelan maupun laboratorium telah tersedia. Untuk menuju capaian itu, manajemen sekolah mengacu berdasarkan Manajemen Mutu IS0 9001:2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hari ini survei manajemen mutu di sekolah telah di laksanakan. Kegiatan berlangsung di gedung pertemuan AULA lantai 2. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi <em>ceremony<\/em>, menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, sambutan dari bapak kepala sekolah, ketua komite sekolah, Pengawas SMK Kab. Boyolali dan Kepala Cabang Dinas wilayah V beserta Auditor Sucofindo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut sambutan dan prakata dalam kegiatan <em>Surveillance Audit ISO<\/em> Tahun 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bapak Kepala Sekolah: &#8220;Audit dilakukan selama 1 tahun sekali, dimana sasaran dan standar capaian mutu sekolah harus tercapai dengan baik. <strong>Mari bersama-sama untuk maju dan membedah pos alur kinerja sekolah untuk membangun, mengembangkan  sekolah, bangsa dan negara Indonesia dari Boyolali<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bapak Pengawas SMK Kab. Boyolali: &#8221; Dalam proses audit, persiapan laporan untuk memproses resertifikasi <strong>dengan melaporkan semua kinerja sekolah yang  harus sesuai dengan IMP(Indeks Mutu Pendidikan)<\/strong> yang meliputi <strong>laporan kegiatan, manajemen review dan tindakan perbaikan berkelanjutan<\/strong> <strong>untuk kualitas sekolah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bapak Kepala Cabang Dinas Wilayah V: <strong>&#8220;Budaya pendidikan di sekolah  yang sudah baik itu untuk di biasakan, apalagi meningkatkan terapan budaya di sekolah\/ di dunia pendidikan itu sudah sangat bagus, dengan itu Insya Allah akan goal dan menjadi budaya SMK yang sesuai visi sekolah yaitu Berkompeten, Berkarakter dan Berwawasan lingkungan.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan sesi ke dua, yaitu keliling di ruang fasilitas sekolah: bengkel, kelas industri dan laboratorium
