Beliau adalah direktur di <strong>Akademi Inovasi Indonesia<\/strong> yang merupakan sekolah pergururan tinggi vokasi di bawah naungan Yayasan Inovasi Untuk Indonesia. Sekolah tersebut beralamat di Jl. Hasanuddin, Mangunsari Kec. Sidomukti Kota Salatiga Jawa Tengah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pemaparan materi yang di berikan yaitu, pentingnya <em>mindset<\/em> dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Di terangkan juga perlu adaya fondasi untuk mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Medeka dalam mencapai Merdeka Belajar. diperlukan juga Mapel Normatif dan Adaptif sebagai <em>Softskill<\/em> siswa dimana kolaborasi <em>learning<\/em> dapat di implementasikan di mapel Produktif di LAB maupun bengkel, sehingga kompetensi siswa pada tahap ini menjadi peluang dalam pengembangan <em>Teaching Factory<\/em> (TEFA) Sekolah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di sampaikan juga oleh beliau, bahwa perubahan mindset yang diperlukan tidaklah mudah untuk menyatakan capaian yang sesuai. Akan tetapi dengan proses yang sudah di jelaskan, melalui  Mapel Normatif dan Adaptif merupakan faktor pendukung kompetensi siswa dalam implementasi Mapel Produktif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut Dokumentasi
