Pembahasan rapat mengenai berikut: pemaparan tentang AD\/ART, sosialisasi program kerja, Koordinasi pelaksanaan kompetensi kepala sekolah dan di akhiri dengan observasi lingkungan sekolah.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengenai Sambutan ketua Paguyuban dalam rapat tersebut menambahkan, bahwa kegiatan ini akan diberikan jadwal rutin, dengan mengadakan workshop sebagai sarana untuk peningkatan kompetensi Kepala Sekolah, study banding sebagai peningkatan program, maupun sarana prasarana sekolah dan pameran Produk SMK untuk pengembangan TEFA sekolah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan observasi
