Dalam perluasan pemasaran, pada tahun 2010 perusahaan mulai membuat suku cadang kendaran roda 2, hingga saat ini pengembangan jenis produk ke arah suku cadang presisi untuk sepeda motor, komponen hidrolik dan kendaraan roda 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rekrutmen PT Diametral Involute kembali membuka peluang kerja untuk menerima karyawan baru, khususnya peserta yang baru lulus sekolah SMK. Peluang Ini akan menjadi kesempatan yang baik untuk melanjutkan penerapan ilmu teknik dan budaya industri yang sudah di pelajari waktu sekolah sesuai jurusan masing- masing, khususnya di bidang Teknik Mesin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tes Rekrutmen berlangsung di Gedung Pertemuan Aula Lantai 2 SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 37, diantaranya Alumni dan 24 sekolah yang berbeda. Selain di SMK Ganesha ada beberapa sekolah lain di jawa tengah yang di kunjungi perusahaan untuk kegiatan rekrutmen. Pada kali ini proses rekrutmen melalui beberapa metode tes yang meliputi : Tes Tinggi Badan (TTB), Tes Berat Badan (TBB), Tes Buta Warna. setelah itu di lanjutkan tes tertulis, tes kepribadian dan wawancara.
